New Blog Update

Hey guys I had some trouble making this blog look nice like some of yours :/ . Honestly I'm not really good with these things. So I finally took the time to get my lazy butt to play around and fix/switch some stuff around the blog. We also came up with our new logo/banner for our blog. Please give me some feedback to these changes. Thanks
